We currently do not accept insurance, but we do accept FSA/HSA cards for our products. Our products are typically eligible medical expenses that meet the IRS requirements for FSA/HSA cards. However, it's important to note that some FSA/HSA benefits coordinators may deny reimbursement, so we recommend that you check with your benefits coordinator before purchasing Saguaro Bloom's tests to see if your FSA/HSA covers them.

We ship via USPS First, it may take 2-5 days business days for your order to be delivered. All the orders placed before the shipping cut off time (6 PM EST) will be shipped on the same day.

At this time, we’re only able to ship through USPS. Please note shipping times have been unpredictable recently, especially during periods of high volume or other unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or shipping disruptions. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email and text message. Please note that we ship using USPS First, which may take 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Additionally, you can expect to receive status updates at each stage of the process, including shipping of your kit, arrival of your kit, shipping of your sample, arrival of your sample, and resulting of your sample.

Certain tests may necessitate fasting or taking them at specific times of the day/month. Your test kit will come with explicit guidelines on any pre-testing requirements that must be met before taking the test. DBS testing is a useful alternative to traditional venous blood collection because it offers several advantages over the standard blood-draw method.

Dried blood spot testing is a method of collecting and analyzing blood samples that involves spotting a small amount of blood onto a filter paper, which is then dried and sent to a laboratory for analysis. It is less invasive, more convenient, and cost-effective compared to traditional blood sampling methods. 

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. Therefore, we offer a 1-hour window for customers to cancel their orders. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email or chat within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that after this 1-hour window, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or modified. This is because we immediately start processing and preparing orders for shipment as soon as they are placed.

We provide one FREE replacement kit in the event you received a damaged/defective at-home test kit or your sample was rejected by the lab. We’ll explain the issue (with pictures) and offer you the option to walk through the new kit with us.

At-home test kit products are typically considered personal and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once purchased. This policy is in line with regulations regarding the handling and disposal of medical testing products, as these products may have the potential to compromise their accuracy and integrity if reused or resold.
